What Animal Does This Belong?

We found lots of these on the beach. They are a mollusk and second graders we saw them at Scripps Institute last year. Think, think, think!

    Max thinks it is a clam and Michael thinks it is a mussel. Dylan M. thinks it is from a cuttlefish.

    Dylan is right, it is a cuttlefish! They are all over the beaches here!
